Use This Olympian’s Secret for a Stronger Heart,
Better Sex, and Higher Performance At Any Age

You can tap a reserve of energy inside your body big enough to turbo-charge your heart, lungs, muscles, and your bedroom performance. And it doesn’t matter how old you are or what condition you’re in.
You can use this Olympic athlete’s secret even if you’re not likely to be competing in any sports.
Elite athletes use a combination of nutrients that allow their blood vessels to relax, giving them bigger blood flow and a surge of oxygen to every cell in their body whenever they want it.
Bigger blood flow increases their muscle mass, powers up their performance levels, multiplies their heart’s pumping power, and gives them a lift in the bedroom.
Unfortunately, medicine is so dominated by drug therapy, you may get the impression that to stay healthy and vigorous, you need to supplement your diet with cholesterol drugs, “performance enchancing” drugs, or some kind of pharmaceutical “blocker.”
And I bet your doctor never told you there were safe and inexpensive alternatives. Today I’ll show you what they are and exactly how to use them.
Do Prescription Drugs Zap Your Energy?
To protect your heart as you grow older, there’s a list of drugs you might be told to take. And for every problem they’re meant to solve, they usually create two more. Ironically, the worst are the category of drugs that have become the most used – statins.
You may know statins as Lipitor, Crestor, Mevacor, Lescol, Pravachol, and Zocor. These drugs block the enzyme that makes cholesterol. This also prevents your body from making coenzyme Q10. CoQ10 deficiency damages your brain, your muscles, and, ironically, your heart – the very organ the drug was supposed to be protecting.
Statins do lower cholesterol, sometimes dangerously so. Too little cholesterol damages cellular health, disrupts your hormone production, and drains your libido.
When you take a statin, you get lower cholesterol. But, you trade in your energy, your exercise tolerance, your libido, your muscle tone, and your heart’s energy-producing capacity as part of the deal.
How about adding a performance enhancing drug to counteract one of the problems caused by statins? Well, those drugs are more specific in action and not nearly as harmful to overall health and vigor as statins. It helps your arteries expand, enhancing blood flow.
If you don’t have contraindications, a performance enhancing drug could work well for you. A common problem I’ve seen is that it loses its effectiveness over time. Your body recognizes it as foreign and tries to get rid of it. The longer you use it, the quicker your body breaks it down, limiting its effect.
There is also research that these drugs increase clotting activity.1 Elevated clotting agents increase heart attack risk. If you’re at risk, they aren’t the safest choice.
How about improving heart blood flow with “nitrate” medications? Doctors prescribe nitrate drugs for people with chest pain. They open vessels to allow blood to reach the heart easier. But, they also damage the endothelial cells that line the vessels and the heart.
Damaged endothelial cells increase heart attack risk. When damaged, endothelial cells make your vessels stiff mimicking very old arteries. This also reduces the overall dynamic capacity of your circulatory system.
For each of these health problems – muscle atrophy, bedroom performance, and heart disease – better blood flow can help.
Open the Gates to Better Blood Flow
The secret to healthy blood flow is nitric oxide (NO2). It’s the chemical released by the lining of your blood vessels that makes them expand.
NO2 is one of your body’s “blood flow signals” that tells your blood vessels to relax and expand.
Blood vessels are like balloons. They can expand and contract rapidly. When they’re relaxed and open, they can move tremendous amounts of blood. But when they’re too stiff and narrow, your energy and performance levels plummet.
This is a problem as you get older. Your supply of NO2 drops off. That makes it much harder for your blood vessels to expand.
And if your blood vessels can’t expand, blood and oxygen delivery becomes restricted. And this lack of oxygen accelerates aging, drains your energy, and makes getting it up difficult, if not impossible.
Ironically, the drugs designed to improve blood flow may also damage it. And this zaps your strength and potency even more.
But there is good news. You can safely and naturally make more NO2.
Here’s What I Give My Patients for Better Blood Flow
The first step to more NO2 and healthy blood flow is a simple amino acid called l-arginine. Your body uses this amino acid to create NO2.
Body builders have been using l-arginine for years. Taken before a workout, it gives them a “muscle pump” by getting more blood and oxygen to their muscles.
I’ve been using l-arginine with my patients for years. It’s one of the most reliable, fast-acting tools for giving your manhood a leg up.
The doctors who discovered how NO2 works were awarded the 1998 Nobel Prize in Medicine. They discovered l-arginine is your body’s chief source for creating NO2.
Current studies support the use of l-arginine. One study showed a remarkable 80% improvement in erectile function for men who took just 2.8 grams of l-arginine for two weeks.2
Another study, which specifically focused on men with E.D., showed that more than 1/3 of the men who took 5 grams of l-arginine for five weeks reported a significant improvement.3
Better blood flow means more than just better love making. When your blood vessels are relaxed and flexible, you get more blood to your brain, your heart, your lungs, and your muscles.
This kind of extra blood flow gives you more endurance, more stamina, better performance… it even helps your memory and helps prevent heart disease.
Get the Power of a Performance Enhancing Drug Without Prescriptions
You can trigger the same blood flow these drugs give you, without needing a prescription.
By giving your body all the raw materials it needs to keep blood vessels open and flowing at maximum volume… without blocking your body’s natural enzymes.
That means better love making more often.
Studies using NO2 boosters like l-arginine show real promise. One said, “intercourse frequency doubled.”4
In another study, taking it for just two months, men’s ability increased up to 80%. After the third month, 92.5% of the men maintained normal erections.5
You don’t always need that “little blue pill.”
You just need healthy blood flow. That’s what these studies show. But there’s more to these NO2 boosters than getting help in the bedroom.
Arginine for Stronger Muscles and Less Body Fat
Muscle loss with aging is something I measure every day. When I show people they’ve lost muscle mass, no one is happy about it. Healthy muscles boosts your resting metabolism, makes you more vigorous, and makes it easier for you to stay trim.
With arginine, you can prevent muscle loss and restore lost muscle. I’m familiar with a study showing 5 grams of arginine dramatically boosted muscle mass and strength in just 12 weeks. It also reduced body fat.6
In the muscle, arginine works as a building block for creatine. Your body needs creatine to build and maintain healthy, strong muscles. By helping your body to make more creatine, arginine helps you keep your muscles healthy, strong, and lean.
NO2 Maintains a Healthy, Supple Heart
In your arteries, arginine increases NO2. And this helps keep your endothelial cells healthy. Without NO2, your vessels become constricted and less flexible. Healthy endothelial cells allow your vessels to dilate so your heart can move blood easier.
Arginine helps blood vessels function better in chronic heart failure. In one study, vessel dilation increased from 2.2% to 8.8% with an arginine supplement.7 Another study found that taking oral arginine helped arteries dilate better for people with high blood pressure.8
Support Better Blood Flow Longer
L-arginine on its own is effective, but it has drawbacks. It creates NO2 and sends out the “expand” signal to your blood vessels.
But it lasts for maybe an hour after you take it. Then it disappears from your system.
That defeats the purpose. You need something that gives you a lasting boost throughout the day.
To fix the problem, I combine standard l-arginine with a specialized form of arginine called Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (A-AKG).
This gives you a “time release” effect. Instead of getting a quick boost and then fading fast, you get a sustained NO release that lasts much longer. That means you get the “potency lift” only a long-term NO booster can give you
A-AKG is remarkably effective. The combination is far superior to anything else you’ll find out there. But I found a way to take this to the next level.
Two “Bedroom-Boosting Nutrients” Give Arginine a Big Lift
There are two nutrients that act like rocket fuel to my combo of l-arginine and A-AKG.
Remember the enhancing effect I mentioned earlier? Where one study said, “intercourse frequency doubled.”
This comes from combining l-arginine with something called pycnogenol.
Pycnogenol “recycles” arginine, which means it keeps it active and flowing in your blood, so you can maintain maximum blood flow for as long as possible.
The effect of pcynogenol is critical. As I said, “ordinary” arginine lasts for maybe an hour after you take it. Then it disappears from your system.
Pycnogenol is a great way to improve the effect of arginine.
But there’s another one. It’s called citrulline.
Citrulline turns into arginine in your body and it’s better absorbed.9
When researchers from East Carolina University gave men citrulline for four weeks, the men had a “significant” increase in their blood levels of arginine. The average level of arginine increased by 65%.10 I’ve seen results similar to these in my clinic.
Combine These Four NO2 Boosters for Round-the-Clock Energy
Put l-arginine, A-AKG, pycnogenol, and citrulline together and you’ve got fireworks.
You can find all of these NO2 boosters at your local health food or vitamin store.
To combine them, buy the powder form. Scoop out each ingredient and put them into a large glass. Add at least 8 oz. of water and stir vigorously. As they blend together, you can add a fruit juice of your choice for flavor. Your NO2 cocktail should be at least 12 oz. for best results.
Here are some guidelines for how much of each ingredient to add for best results:
L-arginine: 3 to 5 grams
A-AKG: 2 to 3 grams
L-Citrulline: 1 to 2 grams
Pycnogenol: 100 to 200 milligrams
Take in the morning on an empty stomach. You can repeat before you go to bed or as needed.
